EXAMPLES OF BASIC NATURE CONNECTING ACTIVITIES: Visit a park, grow a vegetable garden, adopt a pet, join hiking club, join environmental group, put live plants in your home, eat natural foods, nature walks, have a rock collection, go camping, use natural medicine, boat rides, go barefoot outdoors, swim in the ocean, hug a tree, etc.
During near death experience, man has a true connection with Nature. He could see nature dieties flying around him and could sense that the trees were communicating with him and healing him.
