Channeling Healing Energy

EXAMPLE #1: REIKI
Involves individual or groups of Reiki healers "channeling healing energy to the most stressed regions on the planet using distance symbol."

EXAMPLE #2: POWER SYMBOL
Uses 4 Directions: a. FACE NORTH and say: "I ask for healing of the Earth to the North of me" Then draw large power symbol in the air in front of you. Close eyes & hold both hands up there for a minute or two. b. FACE SOUTH & again say and do same thing. c. Repeat for both EAST & WEST.
End with giving thanks. Amen.

EXAMPLE #3: VISUALIZATION
Circle of healers visualize Earth as being in center of circle, sending her healing energy, loving thoughts, and prayers. May also visualize violet flame surrounding the planet

EXAMPLE #4: CHANNELING LIGHT FROM THE GREAT CENTRAL SUN - Ask that Great Central Sun use you as a channel to send light through your body into the center of the earth. See video.
